Pat directs Teamalytics consulting and business practice area providing leadership solutions to multinational corporations, both in the United States and around the world. Over the last 25+ years, Teamalytics has collected and analyzed behavioral data from more than 500,000 people in many of the largest and most respected organizations in the world, helping business teams optimize leadership behaviors and team performance. Pat spent eight seasons playing professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers from 1988-1996. As a collegiate athlete, Pat represented the United States with Team USA, winning the gold medal at the Seoul Olympics. Pat’s background in professional sports, and his Wall Street business experience including 11 years with Morgan Stanley combined with 17 years of consulting with the Flippen Profile and developmental processes, has benefited clients across industries and professional sports.
