The Enneagram is a system that describes nine different, yet integrated personality types. While other personality profiles show us WHAT we do, The Enneagram shows us WHY we do it, and our unique paths to personal growth and understanding. Working with the Enneagram allows us to grow compassion for ourselves & others, release judgment, communicate better, and ultimately become more effective leaders.

In order to prepare for this interactive workshop, it is important that you have a base knowledge of your type.
- Please take the assessment via Enneagram Institute (RHETI) - about 20-45 minutes.
- The Community Leadership Committee will be covering the costs of the assessment for all attendees. You will receive an email with your RHETI assessment code prior to the event.
- Review your individual results.
- Bring your results with you the day-of.
