Event Description:
Join us for a light lunch as we share information about a movement that is taking off across the country. Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) negatively affect everyone in our community in one way or another. Those with larger amounts of unaddressed adversities are more likely to have poor health outcomes later in life. Attendees will learn more about Resilient KC and its work to address underlying toxic stresses and build resiliency. Attendees will also learn ways in which they can focus on personal resilience and build resilience in their workplace.
