Event Description:
For every one of Jax?s proprietary Emersum Oysters sold, 10 cents will be donated to the Midwest Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society KC, a local organization that works to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Sixth-Annual Oyster Eating Competition at Jax
On Saturday, April 4 at 2 p.m., seasoned and aspiring oyster athletes can head down to Jax for a serious slurping competition. Competitors in teams of four will have two minutes to consume as many oysters as possible in a timed, judged event. Interested in competing? Email info@jaxkc.com to register your team. All entry fees will benefit the Midwest Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society KC.

Enjoy a dozen oysters at Jax during oyster month and you'll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win free oysters for a year.
