The extensive renovation at the former California Pizza Kitchen location promises to deliver a unique, trendsetting environment with a Chef’s counter. Chef Grant’s vision will feature cuisine from the creative locally sourced menu in a casual atmosphere. Hogshead will also include a beverage program focusing on local craft beers and in-house barrel aged cocktails. McClenny and Grant are working with local artists and farmers, focusing on their love for Kansas City while introducing a little bit of Chicago flavor.
