Special Olympics Missouri's Dare to Dream Charity Golf Tournament

Special Olympics Missouri is proud to announce the 17th Annual Dare to Dream Charity Golf Tournament with all the proceeds going to our annual Sports Camp. Over the past 17 years, the tournament has raised more than $350,000 in funding to support the outstanding sports camp provided by Special Olympics Missouri.

This event is not only a great opportunity to have fun and support Athlete’s Sports Camp, but also a great chance to get acquainted with some of the athletes who make Special Olympics Missouri such a unique and outstanding organization.

For one week every summer, Sports Camp at Special Olympics Missouri gives more than 80 SOMO athletes a chance to practice their athletic skills, try new sports and bond with fellow athletes, coaches and counselors. Sports Camp offers up to 10 sports over the course of the week, ranging from official Special Olympics sports such as flag football, soccer and volleyball, to other activities such as disc golf and cycling.

By participating in the Dare to Dream Charity Golf Tournament, you aren’t simply ensuring that athletes can learn new sports at Sports Camp; you are providing them with priceless life skills, independence and a sense of accomplishment.
